I’ve just been sent some more photos of my trip Ethiopia and if you think the blood, sweat and tears weren’t real, here’s evidence at last!
Here I am relishing in the dust:

Climbing mountains:

And generally working my behind off:

If you still don’t believe the hype, visit my Flickr account where you can not only see more pictures of my valiant (if hapless) cycling but also our arrival at Gimbie hospital.
And you thought you could keep me off my bike now that I’m back safe in Blightey? Well, you were wrong. I couldn’t resist the opportunity to get back in the saddle to support a cause very close to my heart. I’m going to be cycling across London on Sunday 23rd May as part of a bid to raise money for The Stroke Association.
I’ll be riding through 30 miles of the city, crossing 13 bridges and joining 2,000 other participants on this amazing day of cycling. If you’re interested in supporting The Stroke Association and their vital work combating stroke in people of all ages, please visit my JustGiving page to sponsor me.
The day ends at Hurst Park where there will be food, drink and entertainment. So if you’re up for a day in the sun with friends and family, do pop down and join me at the finish line.
